We manage rooms in four apartments. We have two four-room apartments and two five-room apartments. Our clients are primarily students. All rooms are single-occupancy, with each room having its own individual lock. Each apartment includes a private storage unit for storing items such as empty suitcases. Room prices vary depending on size and location. All utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) are included in the room rate. The rooms are equipped with a single sofa bed, a desk, a swivel chair, a desk lamp, a wardrobe, and a bookshelf. Each room includes a duvet, pillow, fitted sheet, and pillowcases. We can provide an additional blanket or towels upon request.
